Match Format & Rules

The total cost per person would be around Rs.1.25 lakh. Details of the program are given below:

Itinerary will be as follows :

• 8th June – depart mumbai by turkish airlines via istanbul at 0620 hrs & arrive in berlin at 1350 hrs (stay overnight in berlin)
• 9th June  – depart by train from berlin hbf at 1300 hrs & arrive at dresden hbf at 1458 hrs (1 hr 58 minutes direct train) check in for 6 nights in dresden i.e 9-15th june
• 10th June – snooker matches
• 11th June – snooker matches
• 12th June – snooker matches
• 13th June – sightseeing of bastei & dresden arranged by german snooker players
• 14th June – day trip to spreewald (not costed for below)
• 15th June – check out & depart from dresden hbf at 0908 hrs by train & arrive into prague at 1128 hrs (2 hrs 20 minutes direct train), check in for 2 nights in prague i.e 15-17th june
• 16th June – explore the city of prague
• 17th June – depart prague by turkish airlines at 0955hrs and arrive into istanbul at 1335 hrs , check in for 2 nights in istanbul i.e 17-19th june
• 18th June – explore the city of istanbul
• 19th June – check out & depart istanbul by turkish airlines at 1950 hrs and arrive into mumbai at 0440 hrs on 20th june
   

Costing details with breakup of costs

Part A (Accommodation)

• 1 night in berlin (8-9th june) – euros 39 per person on twin sharing including breakfast for 1 night (ibis styles berlin ost )
• 6 nights in dresden (9-15th june) – euros 180 per person on twin sharing including breakfast for 6 nights (hotel nh dresden neustadt)
• 2 nights in prague (15-17th june) –euros 100 per person on twin sharing including breakfast for 2 nights (hotel ibis praha old town)
• 2 nights in istanbul (17-19th june) – euros 49 per person on twin sharing including breakfast for 2 nights (hotel pera tulip)

Total per person for 11 nights’ accommodation as per above – Euros 368

Part B (Travel & Visas)

• Main flight on turkish airlines with stop over in istanbul – Rs 49,000/- per person including all taxes
• Train from berlin – dresden – Rs 3,100/- per person including seat reservation & issuance charges
• Train from dresden – prague – Rs 2,600/- per person including seat reservation & issuance charges
• Schengen visa – Rs 6,500/- per person including service charges
• Turkey e visa – Rs 3,200/- per person including service charges (e visa is applicable only if you are holding a valid multiple entry schengen visa / if german consulate issues a single entry schengen visa then the turkey visa will cost Rs 5,000)
• Travel insurance – Rs 1,100/- per person (coverage of USD 50,000)

Total per person for the above – Rs 65,500

Grand total for above – Euros 368 + Rs 65,500 per person
